Product description

The Horseware® LED Red Light Therapy Hock Boot can be used for horses with stiff or sore hocks. 112 LEDs use a combination of different light wavelengths to target both the dermal layer and deep tissues. Equipped with 3 settings and 2 modes on a 15 minute timer: both LED and infrared, only red LED, or only infrared, in constant or pulse mode. Pulse function may amplify LED’s effects.

Technical Decription:

Need to know about LED Therapy: The battery takes about 4 hours to fully charge. This will allow for approximately 8 sessions. The product will leave the factory charged only to around 20%. So, the factory recommends using up the remaining charge and then fully charging before using for the first time. Do not leave any LED product uncharged for longer than 6 weeks. Make sure the horse is not wet when using this product. This will reduce the chance of any water getting into the charge ports or LED pixels. LED product need to be disposed of in a recycling facility. Do not use directly over an open wound. Do not use the LED product if it has any kind of visual damage to the product. Do not shine LED light directly into the eyes. It can risk to hurt/damage the eye(s).

Washing Instruction:

We recommend to gently brush or wipe clean with a cloth only. DO NOT submerge LED product into water, it can risk damaging the USBC port. If dirt has built up on the LED pixels: We recommend using a bit of rubbing alcohol. Please dip a cloth into the rubbing alcohol and clean just the LED pixel itself of any dirt and debris. Fold neatly. Store in a cool, dry place away from any moisture or damp areas, avoiding excessive heat and UV exposure.
