Das NATHE CONTROL ist ein doppelt gebrochenes Gebiss, das auf den ersten Blick von herkömmlichen, doppelt gebrochenen NATHE Mundstücken nicht zu unterscheiden ist. Es handelt sich hierbei jedoch um ein Korrektur- und Ausbildungsgebiss, das ab einem bestimmten Winkel blockiert und ähnlich einer Stange wirkt. Diese Wirkung setzt in der Praxis sehr behutsam ein. Erst bei stärkerem Zügelanzug setzt die intensivere und effektivere Wirkung ein, indem das Mundstück zur Stange wird. Durch die fixierten Seitenteile wird die Zügelhilfe direkt auf die Zunge und den Unterkiefer des Pferdes geleitet. Zusätzlich rahmen sie das Pferd seitlich ein und sorgen für eine ruhige Lage im Maul.
