How to measure for a Bucas Rug: measure the horse from (A) the centre point of the chest, over the high point of the shoulder, to (B) the rear of the hind leg. When you have the measurement, choose the nearest size from the size table above. The lenght of body, calculated in either metric, will show you the respective length of the back seam.

Some of the Bucas rugs are offered in special sizes: S, M, L, XL. If your horse measures in between these sizes you might be better getting the smaller size, as the larger size might move around more or end up pulling the rug backwards.

The Oasis comes with our Bucas Dermo-care lining which helps to keep the coat smooth and soft while helping to wick the moisture from the horse’s skin, a strong 900D Ripstop helps protect your horse from the weather. An additional feature on the Oasis range is the double T-bar front closure which includes the Bucas Snap-lock magnetic fastening, eliminating the need for Hook & Loop closures to keep the rug secure.
The Oasis Turnout is the complete rug for your horse as it is sold as a set to include a Neck with 50g of insulation, offer ear to tail cover for your horse.
